North Dakota Crash Report Purchase

Pursuant to North Dakota Century Code 39-08-13.4-7, state and local government entities may release crash reports to the public. Once a crash report is submitted by the investigating law enforcement agency and is accepted into the North Dakota Crash Record Database, the report is available for purchase. The cost to purchase a crash report is $7.
